This list of vases must be used for Class A, Class B and Class 7. Each vase may only be used once in each Class entry.

Class 31 |
1 vase, 3 Blooms, Small and/or Miniature, 3 distinct colours |
Class 32 |
3 vases. 1 Bloom per vase. Each vase to contain a separate classification. No variety to be used twice. |
Class 33 |
6 Distinct Varieties in two vases, 3 Blooms in each vase. |
Class 34 |
A container of not less than 8 Dahlia Blooms, for colour and frontal effect. |
Class 35 |
A Basket of 12 Dahlias minimum, with natural dahlia foliage, maximum bench space allowed 950mm. To be judged 50% for quality and 50% for effect |
Class 36 |
A container of not less than 12 Dahlias for all around effect. |
(Oversize Blooms will be allowed in 34– 36) |
SEEDLING AND SPORTS CLASSES
Exhibits may be entered by or on behalf of the raiser but must be in the raiser’s name. More than one entry is allowed in these Classes.
Class 37. | 1 vase, 3 Blooms of a seedling not yet in commerce, to be judged for exhibition potential only. Giant or large varieties may be staged in 3 vases. |
Class 38. | 1 vase, 3 Blooms, 2 Blooms of a sport not yet in commerce and one Bloom of the parent, to be judged for exhibition potential only. Giant or Large Blooms may be staged in 3 vases. Parent must be named. |
Class 39. | 1 vase, 3 Blooms of a seedling or sport not yet in commerce, to be judged for garden or cut flower potential only. |
INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Only open to exhibitors who have not won a first prize in these classes or at any show at County or National level.
